Businessowners Insurance

The Businessowners policy combines, in a simplified manner, most of the coverages, other than Auto and Workers Compensation, needed by Small and Medium sized Businesses such as Stores, Offices, and Apartment Buildings.

Several Optional Coverages that are printed in the Property Coverage form can be activated by the Insured's payment of an Additional Premium, and a limited number of other optional coverages can be added to the policy by Endorsement.

Smaller Organizations can thus avoid the more complex structure of a policy containing many separate forms providing the various coverages.

The Business Owners Policy consists basically of a Property Coverage form, a Liability Coverage Form, and a Common Policy Conditions Form.
