Commercial Property Insurance

Commercial Property Insurance refers to any type of Commercial Insurance that covers loss to a Property.

In general, most of the Insurances related to Commercial Insurance are related to Property Insurance with the exception of Commercial Liability Insurance. As a specific term, Commercial Property Insurance is used to describe Insurance covering Commercial Buildings and its Contents against loss caused by fire, windstorm and other perils.

Commercial Property Insurance in general provides little, if any coverage for property in transit or otherwise away from the Insured location and omits most crime related perils as well as steam boiler explosion and mechanical breakdown.
